Quick GF Icecream Cone Cupcakes


I made these buy using Let's Do Organic Ice Cream Cones .  I used my favorite chocolate cake mix, Gluten Free Pantry - Wheat Free Chocolate Cake Mix .

Ingredients:

Directions:
Mix the chocolate cake mix according to the package.  Wrap the cones in tin foil to prevent burning.  Fill the ice cream cone just to the top of the center circle.  This will allow the cake to rise without spilling over.


Place foil wrapped cone in a muffin tin.  Cook in the middle of the oven at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes.  Cook until a toothpick comes clean.   Take off the foil and let cool.
Frost cupcakes with your favorite frosting and roll in sprinkles.
These sprinkles below are all natural and in the shape of snowflakes.
